1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or staying at Hotel Maya Boutique, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all reservations made directly with the hotel or through booking partners.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or deposit payment, subject to availability.
- Rates include taxes unless stated otherwise; additional charges (e.g., extras) apply at checkout.
- Cancellations: Free up to 48 hours before check-in; thereafter, one night's charge applies. No-shows forfeit the full stay.
- Payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash; all transactions are secure.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Any time with valid ID (passport or government-issued).
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out subject to availability and fees.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guest phone number compulsory
- Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by an adult.
- No smoking indoors; fine of NPR 5,000 applies.
- Respect noise curfews (10:00 PM–7:00 AM) and hotel property; damages charged to guest.
- Pets not allowed.
5. Liability and Safety
- The Hotel is not liable for loss/theft of valuables (use room safe). Secure items personally.
- Comply with local laws; illegal activities result in eviction without refund.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 3 days of arrival.

8. Changes to Terms
The Hotel may update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.
